Paul and Kulbir Dhaliwal claim they suffered emotional distress when police threatened to arrest them in the death of their friend, Carlos Sousa Junior.

Sousa was killed when Tatiana the Siberian tiger escaped her grotto. The brothers also claim Fong ordered police to search their car illegally.

And they say public relations rep Sam Singer damaged their reputations by making false statements to the media.

Singer says the suit is without merit, and San Francisco Police did not respond.
