Cassandra Harris had accused a police officer of having sex and using drugs at a restaurant last year.
The officer sued, claiming he was humiliated, and a judge ruled in his favor.
This week, the judge ordered Harris to pay the officer $100,000. But since she couldn't pay, they settled on a YouTube apology instead.
