Fruit Tostada
Ingredients:
- 1 Package pre-made, hard tortilla shells-flat
- 1 (8oz) can refried beans
- 1 jar salsa
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 can peaches (in light syrup), chopped
- 1 can pears (in light syrup), chopped
- 2 avocados, chopped
- 1 package lettuce, shredded
- 2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- Amy's French Salad Dressing
Layer ingredients on a tortilla shell in this order:
- Thin layer refried beans
- Thin layer salsa
- Red onion
- Peaches and pears
- Avocado
- Lettuce
- Apples
- Bell peppers
- Salad dressing
Ingredients:
- 7 Cups Special K Cereal
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Smooth Peanut Better
- 1 (6 oz.) Package Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 (6 oz.) Package Milk Chocolate Chips
- Chopped Almonds (optional)
- Grease large sized bowl. Add syrup and sugar. Microwave for 30-40 seconds. Stir in peanut butter.
- Pour mixture over cereal and mix well.
- Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan.
- Press mixture into pan.
- Melt both chips together in microwave and frost with mixture. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
- Cut into squares.
