The owner of a pickup truck found lodged in the stairwell of parking garage has finally turned up.
Police had spent several days trying to track down the truck's owner. Investigator say a 47-year old San Ramon man finally came in asking about his truck. He told police he had blacked out while driving and then wandered off.
Police released the badly damaged truck to the man they say he probably will not face criminal charges.
