Police arrived Monday morning to a house on Esfahan Drive where Shane Coffman told them his wife's, Brandi (Ying He) Coffman was being held hostage by her ex-boyfriend Jianming Liang. Shane Hoffman had been shot prior to escaping the house.

Officers attempted to make contact with Liang and upon entering the house, found both Brandi Coffman and Liang dead from gunshot wounds. The deaths are under investigation.
