This coming Friday is the big rollout for the federal government's new cash for clunkers program.
If your car gets less than 18 miles to the gallon you may qualify for a credit up to $4,500 toward a new car. But how can you tell?
Kelley Blue Book has a nifty online calculator that lets you know if you qualify. You go to "www.kbb.com," type in the make and model of your car, and it tells you if it may qualify or if it probably won't qualify. It also tells you what dealers are accepting trade-ins.
