In the most recent case, a 22-year-old woman was walking with her child near Orange Avenue and Cedar Street just after 1:30 Thursday afternoon.
She says a man pulled up twice and asked her to get into his white, 90's model two door hatchback car. She refused, but when she looked in the car the man appeared to be touching himself.
It's the third indecent exposure report in San Carlos since May.
