All were taken into custody down the street from the home, on 22nd and West streets in West Oakland, early Wednesday morning.
Neighbors say they spotted the suspects in the home and investigators say one of the suspects shot at a witness.
When officers caught up with the suspects they also found a big bag of marijuana in their car.
