Dorothy Williams, 68, was last seen Friday morning at her home in Union City. Police say she is diabetic and delusional.
Williams was last seen wearing a red short-sleeved shirt, blue jeans with bleach spots on them and black sandals. She uses a wooden cane to walk.
Police say Williams is not familiar with the Union City area and is considered at risk due to her mental and physical diagnosis.
Anyone with any information on William's whereabouts is asked to call Union City police at (510) 471-1365.
