SF welcomes Outside Lands Festival

The Outside Lands Festival, hosted in part by the city's Recreation & Park Department, will be aired live on YouTube when it begins today, and the webcast will continue until the concert ends Sunday night.

The webcast can be seen at www.youtube.com/outsidelands.

The festival, in its second year after an inaugural event that brought about 130,000 people to Golden Gate Park, features headliners such as Pearl Jam, Dave Matthews Band, and Tenacious D.

Three-day tickets are available for $222.50 while single-day tickets are selling for $89.50. Gates open at 11 a.m. today and 10:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.
