Saturday's incident occurred at about 7 a.m. when a suspect slid open a ground-floor bathroom window at an apartment complex in the 1300 block of El Camino Real, according to police.

The suspect then reached inside the bathroom with his arm and made a lewd comment to the woman, who was inside the bathroom at the time. The woman screamed, ran from the bathroom and called 911, but the prowler fled the area in an unknown direction, police said.

On April 8, the same victim noticed a male suspect looking into the same bathroom window as she showered, according to police.

On August 11, another female in a different apartment of the same complex noticed a male suspect looking into her bathroom window, police said.

A similar incident also occurred on May 13 at a different apartment complex a block away, in the 1400 block of El Camino Real. Two people walking their dog scared away a prowler who was allegedly trying to enter apartments through ground-floor windows, according to police.

The suspect in that incident was described as a white man in his mid 20s with a medium build. He was wearing a dark baseball cap and dark striped shirt, and he was last seen running east from the area on Grove Avenue from El Camino Real, police said.
