Multiple shots were fired shortly before 9:30 p.m. at the 76 gas station at Imperial Avenue and Carlson Boulevard, Sgt. Bisa French said.

Arriving officers found two victims dead of gunshot wounds. The male victim was inside a vehicle and the woman was located nearby outside the vehicle, French said.

"We have multiple gunshots fired here," French said. "We believe there were at least two suspects shooting."

No other suspect information was immediately available.

A crowd of people remained gathered at the scene of the shooting at about 10:50 p.m.

"It's pretty hectic," French said. "We have a lot of people gathered around here, just kind of watching our investigation."

She said police were seeking witnesses to the shooting.

Around the same time of the gas station shooting, two other shooting victims arrived at Kaiser Permanente Richmond Medical Center, French said. It appears those victims were injured in a separate shooting in unincorporated Rodeo, according to French.
