Investigators released a sketch of one of three suspects in the shooting death of an employee at the Rainbow Smoke Shop on West San Carlos Street in San Jose.
The crime happened in May of 2004, but investigators say they recently found a reliable witness.
The suspect is described as a 23 to 27-year-old Asian or Hispanic man, 5'8" with thin build, and a distinct tattoo on the right side of his neck.
