TONY'S FLATBREAD PIZZA
INGREDIENTS:
- One ball pizza dough
- 3 tablespoons pesto sauce
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 wedge of sliced red onion
- 10 marinated prawns
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
- Preheat oven to 400 and cook for 10 -14 minutes depending on your oven. *Leave in longer if you like it more crispy.
- Place pizza on a rack or a flat sheet pan. *If you put on a sheet pan sprinkle flour on pan before pizza is laid on top.
- When pizza is ready pull out let cool for 5 minutes, cut into slices, top with feta crumble and enjoy.

WHO: FRANC D'AMBROSIO is known throughout the Bay Area as the Long-Running Star of THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA. On Broadway, he starred in the revival of SWEENEY TODD, A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC, SHE LOVES ME, and earned a National Theatre Award nomination for Barry Manilow's COPACABANA. In movies, he played Anthony Corleone - the opera singing son of Al Pacino and Diane Keaton in THE GODFATHER - PART III, and is featured on the film's soundtrack.
DAVID BURNHAM created the role of Fiyero in the workshop production of the Tony Award-nominated musical WICKED, and went on to recreate the role on Broadway. In the original cast of the Tony Award winning musical THE LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA, he won a Best Actor Helen Hayes Award for his starring role in the National Tour. He replaced Donny Osmond in the national tour of JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT, and is the voice of The Prince in Warner Bros.' animated feature film version of THE KING & I.
TIELLE BAKER has appeared in over 50 productions with over 20 different companies, ranging from San Jose Stage's Beehive to CTA's MY FAIR LADY. Classically, she has performed in Notti Musicali Modenesi in Modena, Italy and with Diablo Light Opera, Livermore Valley Opera, and Golden Gate Opera. Most recently, she has been starring in the Hit Musical Revue - JUDY, JUDY, JUDY: A Cabaret Tribute to the Songs of Judy Garland.
ALISSA ANDEREGG has starred in productions throughout the Bay Area including The Willows' production of ANNIE, and is making her mark in Hollywood with appearances in films like LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE and in the original L.A. Cast of THE AMERICAN GIRLS REVUE.
Danville resident SAMANTHA SAMUELS is an internationally celebrated, multi-award winning Cabaret and Theatre Star, and Producer.
