Italian Heritage Parade On Sunday October 11, 2009 at 12:30 pm San Francisco's Italian Heritage Parade will be celebrating its 141st year as the nation's oldest Italian-American Parade and San Francisco's oldest civic event.
Beginning at Fisherman's Wharf at the foot of Jefferson and Stockton Streets, the parade winds through the "Little Italy" section of the San Francisco in the North Beach neighborhood, down Columbus Avenue, ending at Washington Square Park in front of the historic Sts. Peter and Paul Church. Parade viewing is available all along the route.
