The incident happened Saturday afternoon in San Martin. When paramedics arrived, the children's' parents were already performing CPR. Despite those efforts, one of the toddlers died while being airlifted to the hospital.
The second passed away Sunday morning.
There has been no word yet on whether any charges will be filed.
