Oakland woman arrested for abusing kittens

An Oakland woman has been charged with abusing more than 15 cats and kittens.

Investigators say many of the felines had unusual injuries, such as multiple broken limbs. One even had an eye poked out.

La Preda Thomas says she rescues injured animals and that was the condition they came in.

However, police say they have evidence, including witness accounts, that proves otherwise.
