Debunking some creepy reputations and misconceptions about some not-so-cute and cuddly animals! Gary Faucher, animal ambassador for SeaWorld and Busch Gardens, sets the record straight.

SeaWorld's Halloween Spooktacular, which is included in park admission, operates from 1 to 6 p.m. (until 7:30 p.m. Halloween) and runs weekends Oct. 3-4, Oct. 10-11, Oct. 17-18, Oct. 24-25, and Oct. 31- Nov. 1, 2009.

Kids won't want to miss the chance "to click or treat" this October, too. For some festive online fun, kids can log on to www.seaworldspooktacular.com, click on the octopus' treats and download fun games and activities including Spooktacular coloring sheets, a Halloween octopus mask, a kooky picture of Shamu to paint and a Shamu maze game.

Leaders in conservation and education, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens and Discovery Cove care for the largest animal collection in the world and offer an education Web site especially for students and teachers at www.seaworld.org.
