The airline is putting its "Flying without Fear" course on the device. The app includes relaxation and fear therapy exercises, frequently asked questions, and a video that explains a flight from start to finish.

There is even a "Fear Attack Button" for emergencies, with breathing exercises and quick tips.

The app costs $4.99. Virgin claims the course has a 98-percent success rate.
