Good Housekeeping has released its annual list of the best toys for 2009.

The winners of the best toy awards for children 8 and older are out. Topping the list is Spin Master's Micro Terrain Titans. The small remote-control cars sell for $15.

"They're highly durable so if you're riding it on the table and it falls off, no problem. It will keep working," said Good Housekeeping's Rachel Rothman.

The Mindflex Game by Mattel may just blow your mind. It lets kids levitate things by using an $80 brain-scanning device.

"What happens is when children are thinking they're brain wave activity is then causing a fan to power the ball to rise up and down," said Rothman.

And for the artistic child, check out "Klutz's Window Art." children can create stain glass windows by drawing and painting a design, then sticking it on the window.

"It was my favorite because you could create and color whatever you wanted," said toy tester Julia. Klutz's Window Art retails for $22. Parents however should know the paint can stain clothes.
