Police believe 9-year-old Francisco Arias Jr. and 3-month-old Ashley G. Arias were abducted around 9:40 Tuesday morning by their parents, who are not their legal guardians. Police say they have reason to believe the children are in danger.
Francisco is described as a Hispanic male, 3 feet tall, weighing six pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Ashley is described as 21 inches tall, weighing nine pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Arrest warrants have been issued for the suspects, 42-year-old Francisco Arias and 38-year-old Estrella Arias.
Francisco is known to use the name of "Antonio Arellano" and has a tattoo of "Francisco" on his stomach. Estrella is known to use the name "Estella Zamora and has a tattoo of a flower on her left leg.
They were last seen driving a red Ford Expedition with license plate number "5FDA933."
