3 horses found abandoned in Salinas

Three horses have been found abandoned in a pasture along river road and so the Monterey County S.P.C.A. is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to whoever left them there.

There was no food in the pasture and only one small trough of rancid water.

All three horses are malnourished, dehydrated, and are suffering from various diseases and injuries.

They're being treated by the S.P.C.A.
