4 Cups of coffee found to reduce diabetes

Research has found that drinking four cups of coffee or tea a day, can reduce your risk of diabetes by more than 25 percent.

However, researchers do not know exactly why.

Previous studies have suggested that caffeine was responsible, but this latest review found decaf coffee was just as effective at preventing diabetes.

The report is published in the Archives of Internal Medicine.
