For five years Kathy Gleason has organized a toy give-away for the 60 children who live along Marclair Drive in Concord.
She says she got the idea when she was passing through one day.
"It started when I was driving through and saw that they needed a little bit of help and decided I knew how to do it, I knew how to connect the dots -- get the presents -- and so I farmed the names out, I get all the kids names and farm them out to all my friends," Gleason said.
And every Christmas Eve, she comes to deliver the presents.
All together, she has about 30 friends she calls on for support.
