Free H1N1 vaccines for Napa residents

The Napa County Public Health Division is offering free H1N1 vaccines to the public through January.

The once scarce vaccines are now plentiful, health officials said.

A clinic is scheduled Jan. 11 at the Napa County Fairgrounds' Butler Pavilion, 1435 North Oak St., Calistoga between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.

There will be a clinic Jan. 29 between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. in American Canyon at Canyon Plaza, 3419 Broadway, Suite H8.

Other free vaccine clinics will be held this month in Napa and St. Helena. The dates will be listed at www.co.napa.us/publichealth.

The free vaccine also is available by appointment at the public health clinic at 2344 Old Sonoma Road in Napa. For an appointment call (707) 253-4270 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
