Head Down Under without leaving SoMa when executive chef Dominique Crenn teams with Aussie chef Curtis Stone for an exclusive five-course menu that will make you want to jump the Pacific for seconds.

Using only the best ingredients Australia has to offer, Crenn and Stone will work side by side to produce dishes the likes of which you've never seen before.

The menu features delectable items like a winter mushroom soup with goat cheese crostini; slow cooked pork belly with pork tenderloin, caramelized apples and butternut squash purée; and a beef tenderloin confit with bulgur tabbouleh, buckwheat and pickled kumquat. And, of course, each of these delicious bites will be perfectly paired with Australian wines to make the whole trip complete.
