Authorities say a 19-year-old resident of Suisun City died from his injuries at a hospital Tuesday night. They say he had been shot several times near El Dorado Court.
As officers were looking for suspects in that area, they got a second call about a shooting victim less than a mile away, at Pacific Avenue and North Texas Street. The second victim was treated for a gunshot wound and released from the hospital.
Detectives are investigating three other shootings. They do not believe the crimes are random acts.
