An unexpected discovery was made on Tuesday in Oakland's Chinatown. They found up to 400 marijuana plants with a street value of as much as $100,000 or more.

The plants were found in the back of a printing business by a city fire marshal who just happened to be doing a routine inspection in the neighborhood.

The pot was discovered right next door to an elementary school.

The printer, his wife, and her brother were all arrested. They claim to have permits to grow medical marijuana.
