PG&E repairs power lines damaged by plane crash

PG&E crews preparing to move three high tension lines over to a new tower replacing the one struck by the Cessna 310R Wednesday morning on takeoff from Palo Alto Airport.  PG&E says no customers will lose electrical service as part of this operation.  About 28,500 customers of Palo Alto's municipal utility system lost power for nearly 10 hours Wednesday when all three cables were damaged by the collision.   <span class=meta>(David Louie/KGO)</span>
