Study: Women should work-out an hour a day

A study in Wednesday's Journal of the American Medical Association finds middle-aged women have to work-out for at least one hour every day just to maintain their weight.

The study recommends moderate exercise -- like brisk walking, leisurely bicycling or golfing.

Researchers followed more than 30,000 women for 13-years to come up with the findings.
