Protesters say big banks like Wells Fargo need to do more to help get the economy back on track.

They staged a rally outside the company's annual shareholders' meeting on Tuesday in San Francisco's financial district. They accuse the bank of intentionally blocking reform of the financial industry.

In the statement, Wells Fargo wrote that it has provided $700 billion in loans to help get the economy going again.
