Three Stanford MBA students used a social media campaign to help save the lives of preemies all over the world.

Three Stanford MBA students are using social media to save lives.

ABC7's media partner, The Mercury News says it began with a video promoting an organization called Embrace.

They put the video on YouTube where it was seen by a CEO in India. He put it on digital billboards across the country.

Embrace wants to make low-cost baby incubators widely available.

They believe the warmers will save the lives of hundreds of thousands of children in developing countries.

The Stanford students -- Karla Gallardo, Lavanya Ashok, and Aastha Gupta -- say the project was the highlight of their time in business school.
