San Jose police investigating bank robbery

SAN JOSE, CA

The robbery was reported at 10:44 a.m. at the bank located at 965 S. De Anza Blvd., police Sgt. Ronnie Lopez said.

A preliminary investigation into the robbery revealed that the suspect entered the bank, passed a teller a note demanding money while indicating that he had a firearm, and was able to flee with an undisclosed amount of money, Lopez said.

No arrests have been made, and no suspect information was immediately available, he said.

No one was injured during the robbery.
