During the June 22 council meeting, a staff member whispered that he wanted to borrow the police commander's Taser just as a resident who often hounds the council prepared to speak.
"I need to borrow Dalby's Taser," said a staff member.
It was posted on YouTube from the original council video. But the version of the meeting video that appeared on the city's archive website had the comment edited out. The city has since posted the unedited version to the public record.
