Texas A&M cuts toilet paper out of budget

The economy is tough everywhere, but cutting the budget for toilet paper might stink the most.

Starting next August, Texas A&M will get rid of the bathroom necessity in school dorms, saving the university $82,000.

Newark, New Jersey is also eliminating toilet paper. Not at schools, but city offices.

The mayor in Newark has already cut the work week to four-days, shuttered city pools and dramatically reduced buying cars for city cars.
