East Bay commuters face another day of delays because more than 150 AC Transit drivers called in sick as a labor dispute continues.

The district insists all of its 110 lines are operating as normally as possible. The dispute started last week when the transit agency's management imposed a new contract on its drivers.

AC Transit hopes changes in work rules and making employees pay more for health care will help close a $56 million budget deficit.

The two sides will meet in court on Friday.
