The victim told investigators she was assaulted during a home-invasion robbery Thursday night at the Park Regency Apartments on Oak Road in unincorporated Walnut Creek.
Police have no suspect description.
/*Antonio Mouton*/ has been charged with one rape and two attempted rapes that happened at that apartment.
Family members have said Mouton did not commit those attacks. If convicted, he faces up to 25 years to live in prison.
