One hundred high school students from around the East Bay attended a daylong seminar at the Raiders' headquarters in Alameda.
They learned about the harmful effects of steroids, as well as proper training techniques that can help them achieve the same goals.
This is the second straight year the raiders have hosted this event.
Coaches and players, including linebacker Sam Williams, who grew up in the East Bay, were among the participants.
