A two-alarm fire at a home in Oakland broke out late Tuesday night but no one was injured because the home was already vacant due to a previous fire, an Oakland fire dispatcher said.

A call came in at 11:12 p.m. for at structure fire at 2631 Prentiss Place, and crews brought the blaze under control by 12:23 a.m. after adding a second alarm, the dispatcher said.

Firefighters recently extinguished a fire at the same address, the dispatcher said.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
