Police arrest SJ man for fatal shooting

SAN JOSE, Calif.

Officers responded to reports of a man shot in the 2100 block of Hikido Drive at 10:56 p.m. and found a 33-year-old male victim, who had been shot outside the home, police Sgt. Ronnie Lopez said.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police took a 28-year-old San Jose man who was also at the scene into custody, and Lopez said the suspect and the victim knew each other.
