The robbery was reported at 10:20 a.m. at 6500 Commerce Blvd.
Police said two black males dressed in black windbreakers with the word "Security" in white letters across the back entered the bank and told everyone to get down.
One suspect jumped the counter and took an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.
The suspects then fled. No weapon was seen and no one was injured.
Police said both suspects were wearing sunglasses with white or silver rims, and both appeared to be wearing wigs.
