A biker group, with a history of solving trouble on its own terms, is using the law to settle a dispute with a high-end fashion house.

The Hells Angels motorcycle club is suing Alexander McQueen's label along with Saks Fifth Avenue and zappos.com.

The bikers are suing over the sale of McQueen items, including a ring which is similar to the Hells Angels' winged-skull logo.

That logo is trademarked.

The lawsuit wants the stores to stop selling the items immediately.
