Man robbed at gunpoint, lured in by Craigslist ad

One man had the most frightening day of his life when answered an ad offering rims for his classic car.

When he arrived at the address, thieves held him up at gunpoint, stole his cash, his car, and worst of all, his best friend -- an English bulldog that was in the back seat of the car.

"He took the gun and put about that much of it in my mouth," said James Jeffreys from Dallas, Texas. "I don't care about nothing else but my dog. Man, I can't explain to you my relationship with my dog."

Police say if you answer an ad on Craigslist, you should meet in a public place. The victim is offering a $2,000 reward for his dog -- and yes, even advertising on Craigslist.
