Federal regulators and the food industry have reached an agreement that will make it easier for you to find nutritional information about the food you buy.

Major food processors have voluntarily agreed to put nutrition labeling on the front of their packaging.

The idea is tackle the obesity epidemic through better nutrition. The Grocery Manufacturers Association and the food marketing institute says it will also launch a $50 million education campaign to go with the new look.

We should start seeing the new labels in the next six months.
