It happened on Halloween night between two groups of costumed women. They threw chairs, insults and then Denny's dishes.
Oakland police say no one was hurt, but five of the women were cited. An investigator has been assigned to the case to determine if charges should be filed.
The video has had more than 300,000 views on YouTube
Denny's released a statement saying they intend to hold those responsible accountable for their actions.
