Hangar One restoration funding falls through

Funding to restore Moffett Field's Hangar One is in up in the air just a month after it was thought the money would be available.

The funds for the project had been included as part of a massive spending bill that Congress ditched last week. It would have been used to restore the hangar after its toxic siding was removed.

NASA has committed $20 million to the project but it was counting on another $8 million from the now dead congressional earmark.
