DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities will include reporting, shooting, writing, producing and editing news stories with assigned deadlines. The successful candidate will have the ability to shoot, write, and edit stories that are compelling, factually correct, creative, and written in a clear, conversational manner. Must develop and maintain a unique beat, working sources and contacts to produce original content.
REQUIREMENTS: Four-year college degree (journalism preferred). A minimum of 5-years major/medium market experience is required. Resume reel should include three stories you broke exclusively on your station during the past three months along with a written explanation of how you got them.
