According to the San Bernardino Sun, the district attorney's office concludes that the deputy was justified in wounding Aaron Soo Kim last August.
The DA's report says a panic alarm drew Deputy Jose Iniguez to a Chino Hills home. A woman and her 13-year-old son met him outside and said that her ex-husband had taken drugs and terrorized the family.
The report says the deputy confronted Kim in the home and shot him with a stun gun but it had no effect. The report says Kim hit the deputy with a speaker and was shot when he ran at the deputy with a chair.
Kim was treated for a buttock wound and arrested.
