The solo-vehicle crash was reported at about 7:10 a.m. on westbound Highway 152 just west of Dinosaur Point Road, the dispatcher said.
Four people were in the car, which overturned on the side of the highway. Two people in the car were pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, the dispatcher said.
The crash was still blocking one of the two westbound lanes on the highway as of 8:20 a.m., according to the dispatcher. She did not know when the lane would be reopened.
