Kevin Henderson, 41, is believed to be in Vallejo, Napa or Sacramento, Cpl. John Garcia said.
He was convicted in 1990 of rape by force and robbery of a Napa school teacher and was sentenced to 22 years in prison, Garcia said.
Henderson also was convicted on Jan. 23, 2008 of annoying a child in Napa County, Garcia said.
Henderson is 6 feet 4 inches, weighs 210 pounds and has hazel eyes and brown hair, police said. Henderson's vehicle is a white, 4-door 1994 Infinity with the California license plate No. 6GLN391, police said.
